Can I order from outside the United Kingdom?

Absolutely! We love to see our products reaching international biking enthusiasts. However, shipping outside the United Kingdom will incur an additional cost. Since international shipping rates can vary based on your location and the size of your order, we ask that you please contact us directly before placing your order. This way, we can provide you with the most accurate shipping cost and ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange faulty or damaged goods?

At UrbanMTB, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that receiving a faulty or damaged item can be disappointing. Therefore, we offer a straightforward process to replace or refund any goods that arrive in less than perfect condition.

What is the process for returning faulty or damaged goods?

  1. Contact Us: If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via our contact page. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, including photos if possible.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your claim, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us. UrbanMTB will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods.

  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the fault or damage.

  4. Replacement or Refund: Once the inspection is complete, you will have the option to receive a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund. The choice is yours.

What items are eligible for return or exchange?

Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for return or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the damage is due to a fault in the product.
